I traded in my mustang for a $700.00 profit and deposit on a used 2018 Pathfinder. The engine was blown and wasn't noticed until day 3 after the sale. The vehicle was kept and the engine status was on backorder and kept being delayed past the expected arrival date with no end in sight. Don Franklin bought back the Pathfinder, I lost the $700.00 on my Mustang trade and I purchased a vehicle from Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset, KY.

I have a 2016 Altima, that I bought from this dealership. the ac was not very cold & was not working right, the service dept. fixed the original problem, but was still not happy with the ac. Nissan was not sure either. they worked together for over 2 days, my ac is perfect now. Thank you. try getting service like that ANY where else

Husband and I went in tonight looking to purchase a new Nissan Rogue. The best we have ever been treated at a dealership. Everyone was so helpful and beyond friendly. They didn't try to fast talk us or talk us into something we didn't want. They listened and gave us exactly what we ask for. Experience didn't feel like dealing with sales people more like dealing with friends. Huge thanks to Peggy, Ben, and Josh. We couldn't be happier. 🙂

We had a great experience at Don Franklin Nissan. Our son Tyler told us about how he was treated there as a customer, so we drove from Glasgow to take a look.
